Immediately hung up on the answering machine. I didn't know whether to label this as a scam call or a sociopath, but I think scammers are sociopaths.

This is a SCAM CALL. The caller is NOT Dr. Kirk or Dr. Vale.( as seen in the caller ID ) The caller is a SCAM ARTIST who has spoofed (hi-jacked) the fax machine number that was active in 2011 of a Chiropractor Office (The Caring Touch)located in Cooper City, FL. A Chiropractor office is NOT going to be randomly calling tons of people all over the country - Colorado, Chicago, New England, Georgia, etc. to peddle pain medications. I feel badly that this is yet another business that has had its personal information abused by a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS. Thankfully, the Chiropractor has a new fax machine #, as per the latest information on their website. Do not believe anything you see in caller ID anymore. Don't pick up the phone and don't return any messages left. DELETE DELETE DELETE
