My cell didn't even ring the screen just lit up then missed icon came up then immediately after the same thing happened as if I have the number blocked I don't have that option on this phone I wish I did

Didn't answer as I do not know anyone in that area. Glad I checked online before calling back. Figured it was a telemarketer anyway.
Frank is right: DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER BACK. They will consider it a "hot" number and you will be getting plenty more calls from other scammers.
