Stop Calling me - 12-09-2015

This number has called me daily for a few weeks, sometimes up to 4 times a day. I am registered on the Do Not Call List and I also am signed up with No More Robo. My phone rings once and then blocks the call. One time I picked up quickly and got a live person. When I stopped his pitch and told him his company is calling me several times a day, he hung up. When called back this number has an official sounding disconnect recording.
