This person called me yesterday and said that he was my neighbor and that they had a package for me. He would not give me his address or any information about himself. Then he said that he was throwing my package in the trash. (???) It is obviously a scam because I received another similar call today. This time the person said that she was my neighbor and she was out of toilet paper. This time the phone number was "Private".
