Called asking survey questions about recycling and air quality. Then called back three days later to tell me I was "randomly selected" and won a gift basket. A driver would stop by to deliver it and would ask a few more survey questions about an air filter machine they carry.
I'm sure that is when the sales pitch starts... Strangely they haven't shown up. Having two police officers with take-home cars on my block must keep them away. :)
