I was in a class all day but when I got out, I found that I'd gotten a call from 971-220-1780 that rolled to voice mail. No one ever spoke, there was an 8-minute voice mail that sounded like static from a radio station you can't quite tune in. No one said a word, but it tied up my cellular and wasted 8 of my minutes on a nothing incoming call. Very frustrating!
