This is a multitude of numbers that is used to Harasses people...IF THEY GET BLOCKED THEY USE ANOTHER NUMBER They let the phone ring 3 times so not to be caught on a perminent list of # that call my phone.
Most of them are wanting to ;lower you credit card interest... What they really want is to get that # to STEAL YOUR IDENITY
