caller said their name was Jesse Carter gave me a case number and stated that the next would be a attourney calling or warrant for my arrest. when i asked for proof they back stepped and wanted my e-mail address.
they have my last four of SS number and said it was for a payday loan from 2012. this is the third outfit doing this
