This company (MCI) is using our company name as a caller ID. We have a service customer who is getting VERY frustrated with the 'fax' calls from this number. What is needed to get this number from calling our customers? Please contact me at Kristen.rouse@us.schindler.com to confirm this company no longer is able to use our company ID. Thank you.
