We have discovered that this telephone number has been hijacked by an illegal telemarketing company, and have opened a case with the FCC to help trace the originator. As the listed owner of this number is not making the calls, calling the phone company to complain is not useful. Hopefully the FCC will find them soon and get them to stop - until then your best recourse is to hang up if this number calls you.
