Yet another PHISHING SCAM, possibly using the RUSE of "Switching Your Electrical Provider" to 'save you money' SCAM. Looking for ways to access your CREDIT ACCOUNTS, and this CAN BE DONE with an ELECTRIC BILL ACCT #. NEVER give ANY info WHATSOEVER over the phone to cold calling strangers.
