This is a "Switch Your Electric Provider/Buy Solar Panels Over the Phone from a Complete Stranger with a Credit Card" PHISHING SCAM. BOTH are attempts at IDENTITY THEFT and FINANCIAL FRAUD. Block and REPORT. Caller are ALWAYS "INDIAN/MIDDLE EASTERN". This MAY be how the TERRORISTS are financing themselves.
