How do we keep this company from answering my phone with their message when I don't answer? How did they take control of this phone?

Automated machine notified me that my "subscribed" number was entered for a chance to win $100. I never subscribed number. I called this number to make a complaint and oddly enough, an automated menu for callers. I pressed 2 to cancel my "subscription" (that I never made) and it will take seven business days for them to process my request. This is a scam! Watch out!
