The caller had a foreign accent of some type that I didn't recognize. He said they had received some kind of issue originating from my computer. This is one of several such calls I have received and when they tell me they have received these notices I tell them, "No, you haven't" and hang up. It is apparent to me that the National Do Not Call Registry is uninforced and might as well not exist.
