Call was about reducing interest rate on credit cards. Gave one option to speak with a representation (press "1"). I waiting for other options, but none were given. I pressed 1 to speak to someone and get my name removed, and spoke with a man who was an asshole, told me I pressed the wrong number (I know, but it was the only option given), and told me that every time I press 1 my name is added to the list 3 more times. And then he hung up on me as I was asking to be routed to the correct option to remove my name. Someone end this madness!
