I get a call which is a recording to call them with my case# in which i did, they adv me that they have a summons that they will deliver to my place of employment or home if i dont resolve the issue now. I told him to send it, he stated they are trying to resolve this now. As soon as i said you are fraudulent, he went off, talking about i have all your information, your social, your bank account information, your address and i will just submit a loan in your name then he hung up on me. I called back and Ashley answered and said that Frank didnt say that, what they didnt know is that i recorded the call and i am reporting it now.

They call and leave a message threatening to take you to court if you do not call them today! All the leave is a case number and no client name or contact name... You say I owe you - send me something in writing to the address I have lived at for the past 10 years!! Then I will address the issue
