Called & left message for an Angela Truesdale and that they were serving me over a "complaint" and they would be coming to my job/home, etc. Well, since my name isn't Angela Truesdale good luck with that. They have called my office number either from this number or a number in San Antonio. I never answer and it's the same robo-voice message. They leave a garbled file number (MNP12381) I think. Sounds like a scam since no one will call you to tell you they're serving you, they just do it!

This number has been calling for 2 weeks, up to 3 times a day. An automated message comes on giving a file number that I cannot understand. They state they will be contacting my HR dept and will be coming to my home and/or job. They say I have possibly 2 pending complaints against me and the company wants to hear from me to settle the debt. Ummm, yeah I don't have any debt that is in collections. These people are a total scam. I have no intention on calling this number back. Oh, they also say they want me to call back to give them my address. If this was a real complaint, they would have that information already. Total Scam.

States they are a litigation firm. Acting on behalf of CashNet Financial. I informed her this was a fraudulent account that has had people calling to attempt to collect on for over 6 years. I told them if there was a legal claim to be filed, then by all means file it. No need to contact me to tell me that you have attempted to contact me three times to warn me of the filing. Seriously?!? Oh she did say she was not a collection agency, and good luck in court so that was nice.

This place has called me daily for several days. I never answer since the number isn't familiar to me so there is a recorded message left. The first part of the recording seems to be cut off each time. It talks about serving me with a complaint and gives me a reference number to use when I call back. Needless to say, I don't plan on calling back.

Same BS crap. I got a call from some other company earlier this year about money I owe to some lending firm named Access Processing back in 2011 for several hundred dollars.
They try to scare you with legal jargon saying that charges are pending against you for attempting to defraud a financial institution and yes they are very vague about the name of their company that's calling you. Yes I agree this most likely a scam involving Access processing and this unnamed collection firm that's calls people.
