Accatel caller ID

we just received the same call - we returned the call and they referenced a friend of ours - we believe they are bill collectors. They left a legally threatening message and indicated it was a "federal issue".

They called my house phone then called my cell phone three times and left one legally threatening message. The man who left the message had a heavy Indian accent and was very rude!
