Scam. Said his name was Adam. Claims to be Microsoft Support. Claims passwords and identity are compromised. Claims the "problem" is more serious than a virus. Claims all computers in house and entire network are at risk. Offers one-time fix for $150.00 that must be paid by cheque. Scam. Scam. Scam. Although you do not allow calumnious or defamatory comments, it is precisely the reputation of the number calling and the reputation of the people behind it whom I do wish to injure. My only reason to share this information is for exactly that - to warn others of the scam being perpetrated by these dishonorable types.
