This stunted sorry excuse for a person repeatedly makes inappropriate phone calls while high and drunk on any combination of drugs and alcohol. She has a felony record, and is deemed an unfit mother of the child whom shares her DNA by tge State of Vermont, which a person practically has to try to screw up with the lax child safety laws. Do not engage with this unstable woman or you will live to regret it. I'm her roommate, and I'm desperately trying to untangle my life from Samantha Freda's life. I sometimes fear for my safety, if it were not for her utter incompetence
