Never identified where she was calling from nor which agency etc. she represented. Left a vague message stating she wanted my side of the story...who does that? Very unprofessional & a bit elusive which leads me to believe it's a spammer or collection agency using unfair debt practices. I googled the number 678-834-0552 only to find other complaints about this person & # on various sites.
