Left a long message saying he has to serve me for a serious litigation matter. Called more than once and left messages stating that he has my social security number and will be serving me either at my home or business that day (those days past and no one ever showed up). Says if I don't call back I will be expected to show up in court since a no stop order was never issued. I have no idea what this is concerning.
