Caller with a heavy, foreign accent that was hard to comprehend said he's from the American Diabetes Association and said it wasn't a sales call but a "charity call". I did not let him go on with his spiel, told him I have to go and so we ended the call. I've been getting calls like this all the time and it's really annoying.
