Extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional behavior of Q & G Moving during my sister's recent move. They broke TV stand by putting it on the cart and pilling other heavy items on it. No apology and even a comment "it was lose before". After asking if they will finish in agreed time or we should extend the elevator, the main guy started yelling and said "I can leave all your things in front of the building if you want".
Overall, very unpleasant and pathetic behavior of Q & G employees of the company

Buyer BEWARE! I definitely should have gone with my gut instinct on this one,
1. Showed up 1 hour late
2. They damaged/tore/scratched half my furniture
3. One of the movers was complaining he was called at the last minute, he was tired and wasn't even supposed to be working that day. He was very lazy and slow.
4. Miss-calculated my invoice and tried to over charge me.
I am seriously considering calling the BBB on this company. I'm still frustrated nearly 2 months later.

Terrible company...cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice and the owner didn't even care. Just told me how HE was losing money as his trucks were in a compound. He wouldn't tell us how they got there either.

I used quick and good moving about a year ago when a friend recommended them to me.I generally tend to forget my complaints/commendations of services after, say, 3 months. But the few things that stood out for Q & A are this:
- they were SLOOOOOOW. i went from 5th floor (w/elevator) to 3rd floor with no elevator, but i was assuming we'd be done in about 4 hours. no no. it was more like 7.
- Ian the guy who was doing all the wrapping up of my furniture was SUPER careful with my stuff. i have super heavy and/or super old funiture and there was not one scratch on any of it when i finally unpacked everything.
I ended up paying $950 for moving four blocks.
If I had nicer stuff, I would use them again. But since everything I own barely even totals the amount I paid to move, I'll be seeking cheaper movers next time.

This was HORRIBLE service. I have my items stored for a month, while i was away. I came back to a broken dresser (300 dollars), a desk (250), a lamp. The dresser was useable but scratched to hell and the glass was broken. My desk they kept because it was ruined. They told me they would pay me 20 dollars for all the damages, with no desk and now ugly dresser, i see myself NEVER calling Quick and Good movers again. They are rude and unhelpful, careless and rough. NEVER NEVER call Q & G movers.
