nco finance- But they lv a name Huber or Monroe to call them right back, and when you do who ever answers tells you not here at the moment, supposedly he just hung up from making the call to you on a debt.
Basically, bottom line, debt owed is by someone unknown to our tel.# and where they are getting their information on names and numbers is incorrect. The provider that is giving them the info, is unqualifed. Has nothing to do with our name and tel.# and the calls keep coming in after explanation. Need to call the better bus bureau in St Paul, Mn

they have been calling me for several months now without ever leaving a message. When I call this number they identify themselves with "HI-PlEASE-HOLD-FOR-AN-AGENT"
