These people called me today 13 FEb 2014. I looked them up online and found this bit of information. I too will not respond to anyone demanding money over the phone without anything in writing to verify debts.

did not say their personal name. They call dailey and say they are trying to collect a debt for you to press one to take care of matterNOW. Use a recorded message. Never send anything to validate debt. I refuse to answer anyone I do not know. I'm sure it is a scam because same recording of Audobon Financial Bureau. And they have a reputation of being the defendent in many lawsuits...so that is probably why they changed their name.

This individual called today stating that I owed money for a payday loan. I have experienced this in the past with callers that had foreign accents. This guy was an American though, must be something new. Usually they threaten to take you to court or have you arrested maybe even come to your job. Do not be fooled you can ignore them and they will eventually stop. Also do not give these individuals any form of payment.
