I have received calls from "Amy" and she has now apparently recruited someone by the name of Steve Barnes who says he is an independent process server working for (county you live in). Still gives the specific times and dates of when he is going to try to obtain your signature on court documents. blah blah blah. I have fallen for this BS once and luckily my bank was able to recover my money. I will be calling this "Amy" back today only to tell her where to go. These people are nothing more than scammers trying hard to not get a REAL JOB! Process servers DO NOT call ahead and warn you when they are coming. If it was legit legal matters you would have already been notified not only by the debtor but also your local clerk of court. So sad these people are actually able to steal money from hard working Americans!

She called and said that we owed $460 for a payday loan. She mentioned the bank that had received the check in 2008. We have not been there since 2007. Be careful, she sounds very legitimate, but she's a scum of the earth scammer. You can call her number anytime because she seems to answer it every time.

Also the debt is over seven years old so I've reached the statute of limitations. She also said that she was going have me served with papers tomorrow at my house or place of business between 3 & 5 p.m. Now, the funny thing is she does not know my address, I'm unemployed so she can't very well serve me at work. I told Amy the fact that she did not have my address of where I work or where I live, she said that's okay, they will look it up at the County. Seriously, that's all she said is will look it up at the county. I went online to call hunter and found Amy there multiple times. I returned her call again, as we had talked two or three times, and it was true that I have contacted my State's Attorney's Office and it they should be in contact with her and to please not call me again. This was left on her voicemail message, perhaps because she recognize the number. But as I said, feel free to call her anytime because she answers every time. I really hope this helps some of you, my wife almost got scammed, that Amy is really good Amy Hughes.

Called threatening to serve a summons to my home or POE for a debt. I told him to bring it on as I don't owe anyone and furthermore, this phone number is all over the internet with 60 or more people getting calls from this same number with the threats. These scammers need to be stopped
