I got the same phone call from the same number with the same information. Except they told me they were going to be arresting me tomorrow at 11 AM. Can't figure out if I should be worried or not.

Called telling me that I have a lawsuit against my SS# and they connected me to one of their attorneys. Read me this script and at the end asked me if I had any questions. I said No, called me profane names and hung up.
