My daughter was called and conferenced me in. She said offer only good now while on phone, something about their computer would close out my account, I asked for email of warranty coverage but their email computer was not working so she offered to fax it. I said no to a couple pushy warnings and she hung up. Cost quote was outrageous so it was either a bad deal or a scam I missed out on.
