This place is scam. They won't tell you anything if you don't verify personal information and they also refuse to provide a physical mailing address. Only a PO Box. All numbers they call from have been reported as a scam.

Called me trying collect a debt I paid and had proof of doing so. Threatened legal action and refused to send me written validation of debt.

they called saying I owe a company called SSM Group LLC $300, I asked for a validation of debt, they said they sent it already, they sent it to my exhusband's address, they refuse to resend it and told me they will consider it a refusal to pay. I just wanted to verify what it is they were trying to collect on! Very rude, very unprofessional.They gave me an address of
