Stated that he needed my attorney name for a service that was provided to me and that I refused to pay. Stated that I had to answer questions in yes and no and that I could not ask him any questions. Told him that I needed the case number and I would be following up with the supposed company that filed the report and that I would investigate further. Stated that I did not have to investigate as he had the information in front of him. When I advised that I had the legal right to not answer anything until I checked with an attorney, he stated that since I already said I didn't have one, that I had to answer his questions. I hung up on him and proceeded to to do investigate further and of course, seems to be a scam. Keep an eye/ear out for this. He speaks with a heavy accent.
