In Oct. 2014 It master247 called me at night saying there is something bad in my computer they have to get in now and so thinking the were my security system that I just paid a two year contract in June 2014.Well I let them do what they had to do and when they said money I said I just paid you for two years in June. The tech. Jay call 4hrs later while I was sleeping and he told me I was all set. The next day I opened my laptop and they had taken out all my Systweak and put in theirs. I could even get into things.Well since they lie and lie said they were pacific time and my bank called and said I was in the negative. Went to bank we printed out my transactions and Trig. Technology had taken $399 out of my account and there was a toll free number. I called three different fake american names and they have no recorded of me and said they were from Oregon They are all form India,and It Master247 keeps saying the money has been processed and then day after day saying check with you bank it should be there.I told them I go to my bank daily and after giving them 8 to 10 business days as they asked I had to go ahead and do a bank dispute and I called them right from the bank office and they still said check with your bank it has to be in there but when I said I'm calling from my bank and had to enter a cash pay back dispute because I've had 60 cents in my account since and it's been almost 1 month how do I live I'm on Social Security. It Masters247 is lying Fraudulent company from India and I will do everything with all the people that can help me with this if the don't put my money back now my company Systweak came in and got them out and and show me step by step what they were doing to fix the problems ...They are honest people who don't give false information right from the start!!!

Received a call stating there was something wrong with my computer and wanted to access my network. Obviously a scam! Sounded like an Eastern Indian guy. I am on the do not call registry. means nothing to these people.
