Its definitely a scam. Same thing happened to me but i did not deposit the "check" or listen to any of his directions. Brem Heinz from Hyattsville, MD needs to be stopped!!

I got something different from him. He is offering a mystery shopper for Walmart and Western Union. He sent a $970.00 fake check which I deposited and then bounced. I was supposed to spend $50 in Walmart, then keep $150 for my pay as well as what ever I bought in Walmart. The rest of the $770.00 I was to wire over to him in Western Union as another mystery shopper. He is definitely a scam artist. He was hoping to cash in on that $770 that I was supposed to send him. The check looked real only it bounced. Just so you guys know who you are dealing with.

selling it anymore.washer,dryer,hookups and all appliances
included,good and quite neighborhood.
I have the keys here with me i am renting myself not dealing with the
agent anymore, i can mail it to you and secure the house for you
asap,do you have good credit and reference?the deposit is 1000 the
lease will be for 1 year with an option to renew it do you have work
and landlord references and you can provide pay-stub?the house is in a

This guy is "renting a property" said to me the same exact thing other posted. Like go look at property from outside, he's in Florida as a contractor, asked if we were Christian. He said he didn't put his name on tax. I'm glad I found this thread. His number is an area code from Michigan?
