This scumbag has called my employer 3 times in the past 2 days as well as relatives. Despite me telling him not to call my employer or anyone else. He just called my work again and my ex husband. He gave out my private information to the receptionist and stated he had legal documents to serve to me on 2/10/14 and that he has been retained by SNA to serve them to me. there are all kinds of alerts online regarding this company and their tactics.

I got the same call. Brian Allen left me a message and when I called back a woman answered after a few failed attempts to call this number. At first it did not ring and then when someone picked up there was nobody on the other end. Speaking with this woman (also Indian accent) she said there was a mistake on tax return and they sent numerous documents but we never fixed anything so dept of homeland security was coming to arrest my husband. I immediately panicked because I have 4 children, 2 if which are 3 month old twins. She told me she will send a fax to the officer to see if she can stop them and they will contact me immediately. Some other guy called right away with a clean American accent and said we owe $1867.00 but if we pay $800 now we can hold it off until the weekend. That's when I knew it was a scam. I told him I'm not paying anything over the phone do he told me they were in the way to pick up my husband. I told him to come on over. LOSERS!!! Go get a real job instead of trying to rip everyone off!!

I got a message that I have not responded to inquiries from the IRS and Homeland security and that I needed to pay $2987 to hold the inquiry until I clear the allegations made or I would end up being arrested for up to 6 years and pay over $75k unless i hold the inquiry. I was about to fall for it when I called my husband he yelled to hang up and to call the police. I did, the police came and told me this is a scam and thank goodness I did not give them any money. Frightening stuff they really scared the wits out of me, not for any wrongdoing but because they claim that I have sent money overseas, which I did, and did not pay the Patriots Act fee of 12-1/2 upon sending the money and 6-1/2 upon receiving the money and that Homeland Security and the IRS were tracking US citizens for this type of activity as it's considered money laundering. Incredible the length these thiefs will go to get money out of decent citizens.
