Said I was being sued for $5000 in bank fraud for using funds that were deposited into my account. I had one hour to settle out of court for $800 or go to court. Left this number as call back. When i called back for more information he would not give me the address of the "firm" nor would he tell me anything else without disclosing my phone number again to him.
