The caller (to my place of business) said they have been trying to reach me and that I have igored their calls and that I owe a lot of money to the IRS, so they have issued a warrant for my arrest.

Previous 2 calls were left to my home from 202-341-3007 from the local county court announcing that I needed to call them back. That is a D.C. area code and I live in Cook County, IL. This call was from Vienna, VA.

This is a scam! left me a voice mail twice, it is a recording of someone claiming to be an officer and that they are issuing a warrant for my arrest. The recording even starts before my answering machine does!

There are links posted from another site complaining about this same person,so here they are so everyone can take action:If you block your number (by using the *67 in front of a number if your carrier allows it,it'll show on the other person's CallerID as "Blocked Number","Private Call" or something else) then it does not ring through, but if you call straight through without blocking your number then the call goes through meaning it connects. If you take notice of this document,it has "Add-In" spaces to change things are per whatever is desired. It also DOES NOT show the office location OR the Agency name that has this supposed warrant, plus it would show more information on it.If you leave your number for a return call, you'll open the window for many other scammers to also call to try to scare you into their scam, too so don't fall for it.There are links posted from another site complaining about this same person,so here they are so everyone can take action:
