call saying you have a legal matter pending then give you case number and another phone # to call. This is either a scammer or a Bill Collector try to get you to offer settlement to reactivate an old debt that is not collectible. Do not believe anything they say.

This person called and after speaking in a foreign language in the background finally began to speak. He stated his name was BRAYN ADAMS. I ask him, "Oh my gosh, just like the singer?" he said yes. I said, "Oh my gosh, how awesome!" I told him, "I like your name." He said, "Tank ya vedery mooch." I said, "Oh my gosh, O.K then, bye-bye."
