I am getting calls from 202-280-7234. The caller claimed he is Bryan Allen and he is from Tax investigation department in Washington DC and there is a warrant number CM 100144 for me. When I called back another person named Alex Smith picked up and said that there is no Bryan Allen. He had foreign accent. He gave me his badge number as 2465.
