Tel# (202)241-4896 keep calling and threatening me to call they within an hour or they will have charges against me and that the sheriffs office is coming to arrest me.
They are saying that I owe money for a payday loan. They calls need to stop and they are being reported.

Second call in two days from these people, first call came up 911 as the calling number, they left message he was from State Sheriffs Office, needed me or attorney of record to call re criminal investigation about me and a debt, call Officer Mark Williams at BCI at 904-436 9072. Second call same person, foreign accent very obvious, left message, said he was Officer Mark Williams of BCI and wanted to know my intent or he would send investgation crew to find me at my home or work to arrest me. Said he was sending the cops to get me, to avoid this call him. Needless to say he will get no call, the only calls were to begin filling Federal, State and Local complaints against these people.

Spoke broken english - said he wanted my supervisor to get a termination letter from him terminating me from my job. Said I had a cash advance loan with his company which he had no further information on and then said I violated 3 federal bank regulations and they would be going for the maximum penalty of 3 years.
He kept calling my office over and over again.

Very broken english, no business name or anything stated ws from Bureau Crime Investigations and had my Social Security Number and would pursue thru Court House and to do right thing and call.

This called and said that a suit had been filed against me for a payday loan. I have never taken out a payday loan. He told me that I would be arrested if i did not return his call today. This is the second call I have received like this. My bank suggested i Check my credit report and it is clean. The number is 518-565-0326. If this was true, I would be receiving something by mail or local sheriff's department. I have freinds and family that work for the secret service and they say this is a scam. They would love to find these people.
