Collection outfit located in CA. Called me in regards to a collection for Ozarka Water - which is in error and was still turned over for collections. The rep I spoke with was professional, but all the same would not bulge on the fact that I owed bills that I had an obligation to pay - totally disregarding what I told her about the bill being cleared several months prior.
