Calmed I took out a payday loan 4 years ago, I've never took a loan out an it's not on my credit, calmed if I do not pay a much lower amount than what they clam I took loan out for they will take me to my local courthouse an they will win. I recorded the calls an they changed the bank lenders twice on me. I requested a written letter of explaining debt all I got was a paper explaining what they want me to pay an by when. I believe it's a scam so beware. I know I've never took a loan out on anything. They keep harassing me an leaving voicemails.
