this outfit was shut down by the FTC and is back at it again. It is a scam promising lower credit card rates. they need to lock these guys up.

I received a call from this number an hour ago. Why can't the FTC shut these scammers down for good? While I am not stupid enough to "buy" anything from them or transact any business with them, they use MY resources to annoy me. Both my phone lines have a limited amount of minutes available and I am constantly being solicited, using my dime. I am sick of it. As far as I am concerned, this is stealing as well as scamming.
