A robotic voice identifying itself as "Rachel" said she was with "card services" and she was not calling concerning my credit cards, but to compare "great rates on credit cards" to hit #1 and I would be connected to a representative.
I am getting this call every week. When I hit #1 and get a representative on the line, I ask them to take me off their call list, as I am on the "do not call list". Usually when I ask for their telephone # they hang up, but one representative started explaining that because I had credit cards, that I signed an agreement to allow myself to be contacted.
