Repeat calling me daily. Automated message saying can lower my credit card bill. I pressed 1 for agent and was on hold. A guy came on. The line and I asked him what was the name of his company. He said "Card Services". I asked with who. He stated Visa M/C and Discover. I asked him again what is the name of your company that they are supposedly sponsoring. He said "Card Services, we are calling to get you a lower rate or consolidate your credit cards that are over $4000. I told him I am on a National and State Do Not Call List and why are you calling me repeatedly hanging up on me each time. He hung up on me. This needs to stop. This is a huge scam and needs to be uncovered and charged with phone harassment.
