When I mentioned that he called me and that I didn't call him, he denied calling me and said the he talks to, "pupils like (me) everyday". He also threatened to rape/sodomize me and questioned my intelligence.
Soon after some jousting and me stating he didn't have the ability/willingness/mental capability to stay on the call with me, he called me a piece is s**t again and hung up.

It's the old Card Services robo call! These people are like cockroaches, you just can't kill 'em. Since June of 2015, when the FTC announced their prosecution of the primary organization behind these calls, they've disappeared for varying periods of time, but they always seem to keep coming back and the recording is always identical. I don't have the time to report every nuisance call to the FTC but I am reporting this one. It's time to step on more cockroaches!

They left a voice mail for my husband(i didnt answer the call because i was driving) and said they had a fax for delivery for him. When I called it back, they identified themselves as card services, and i asked twice for the actual company name. They wouldnt give it to me and asked for my husbands name, which at that point i told them theyre not getting. They said fine have a good day and hung up on me. This is the 2nd type of call like this in a week. First one was a scam, so this one is looking that way too.

They told me its a big scam & if I did give info to shut down card - get new one BC with info requested they could use my card anywhere. It's an automated message saying press 9 to lower interest rate. When you do that they'll ask you questions like how much debt, number of accts, store accts, etc. I lied just to see what the questions were waiting for them to ask my ssn. They said I didn't qualify and hung up before I could tell them to stop calling me.

Got a call, on my home phone, with that phone number showing as the caller. That's strange, how can a phone call itself. It was Rachel from Card Services and wanted to lower my interest rate. I got a human on the line, sounded like a India person speaking. After some conversation and him trying to get my credit card number, it finally progress to each of us raising our voices. He then called me a SOB and hung up. Within five minutes the phone rang and this number showed on the caller ID. When I answered the phone there was no one there, the line was just dead. No question in my mind, this was an effort to hassel me.
