The computerized voice said they needed to speak to me on an urgent matter with my card to reduce my interest rate. I pressed the number and spoke to "Sam" who I could barely understand. He tried to talk and when I asked him who he worked for he hung up on me.

GLOBAL NEWS,has documented this scam artist and thief that uses computer services and claim to fix computers but knows nothing. He sells pirated software but claim he does not..this guy is a Liar and a Thief. He belongs to a TAMIL GANG AND IS KNOWN TO POLICE. He uses computer services to weigh up a customers security and later break in , Do not use this play station 4 junkie and a***ole to fix your computer. Why do you need 2 guys and 1 guy in the car to come to your house to fix a computer ???????????

>>>SCAM<<< "Sam" was monitoring my Master Card account and thought he could lower my interest rate. He asked for my card number to which I asked him since he called me he should have that information. I asked him the company name and told me "Credit Card Services". I asked him where he was based out of and he said Indianna. When I asked him why the caller ID showed he was in California he said he did not know. he pushed to get my CC number again so he could get me a better deal on my interest rate. He asked for my address and again I pointed out that if he was who he said he was he should have that information in front of him and that I would only verify information he asked me about. He cussed, told me I was wasting his time and hung up on me.

I shot them to voicemail, then checked the number here online. Turns out it's a scam line, so I called them back. A guy who called himself "Sam" answered and told me I had a computer virus. I told him I don't have a computer and he told me to **** myself in the *** and hung up on me.
7 calls later Sam asked me to leave him alone because he said he's not the one in charge of the scam, that he gets paid like an employee, to tell me to do things to my computer that will make it vulnerable. He said he doesn't know where the money goes, and that its been going on for a long time and will keep going on for a long time. After he begged me to leave him alone I stopped calling. I had to go about my life.
These guys are not legit, don't tell them anything.

My daughter (she is 27 y/o and doesn't even live at home, but has the same last name) received a couple calls on her cell phone yesterday from this number. The first time they just hung up. The second time they asked for Steven (which is her father's name). When my daughter asked " who?" the woman hung up.
Both my daugher and I tried calling the number back, but of course with a prefix of 015 it wasn't a valid number.
She called and asked for my husband again today (using his full name). Said she was calling re a letter she sent us to refinance our home loan and told my daughter the amount of our loan (which is a matter of public record).
My daughter told her to stop calling. That if we didn't currently have business with her, we weren't interested.

Received several calls this week, one from this # about selling auto warranty.( Robocalls.) Today, I decided to tell them to stop calling (I'm on DNC) . "Sam" said that Auto Service Agency was part of Interstate National Dealership. I told him I had years on my warranty and where did he have my name from ? He said "COLLECTIONS". ... NOTE: the care was bought CASH in 2011 and has the dealers extended warranty. He went on about the excellent coverage that my lower than average long warranty from my dealer always has and how theirs is all A++++. He had no knowledge of the car, VIN, year - nothing. Total scam. Needless to say, I looked up the companies and discovered they have multiple complaints and the BBB has not registered them ( he said A+ BBB).
