Daphne Morgan is the name of the employee who left the message. it states she called in reference to a fax order for delivery to the "address on record" Please call asap for proper delivery. Reason I believe this is collections hiding behind supposed order delivery.... the call was for the previous cell # owner... I have had this # for over 18 months & have received hundreds of collections calls for the previous owner. I sincerely doubt that she is making any orders using a Phone number that she has no access to.

Called saying they have something to deliver to me on my "faxed order". No company name originally left. I called the number back and was told it was the "Cardinal Group" and that they didn't call me. I told them I knew they were scammers and hung up. Luckily I had the wits to call them from my work phone number which is unavailable on caller id's.

they just called my phone about a payday loan from 2010 stating I was going to be pick up by the sheriffs department I call back and they said they were client card services

Caller stated that a fax delivery had been sent to my home and no one was there to receive. Then continued to say that I had rec'd a loan from a company called "Knox LLC, Quincy Riverside Group" in the amount of $490.00 back in 2011. It had been sent to collection and now to them for resolution. She had all of my information and told me that I could settle out of court by making a payment today or I could dispute in court, if I didn't agree with the information she had given me. I told her, I'll take it to court and to mail me the information again.

They left message about a fax delivery and when I answered she saiid I was going to be arrested if I didn't pay 425.00 today for a loan in 2009. I told her I was calling my lawyer and she got very defensive before hanging up. She also changed her name 3 times but it was the same voice.

They left a voice mail for my husband(i didnt answer the call because i was driving) and said they had a fax for delivery for him. When I called it back, they identified themselves as card services, and i asked twice for the actual company name. They wouldnt give it to me and asked for my husbands name, which at that point i told them theyre not getting. They said fine have a good day and hung up on me. This is the 2nd type of call like this in a week. First one was a scam, so this one is looking that way too.

Called several times for a Sheena Willis. Had told them numerous times we didn't know the person and person didn't live at our residence.
Asked them to drop/delete our number. They got ugly, real ugly. Upon hanging up, I started calling THEIR NUMBER, one call after the next! I bothered them as much as they bothered me. They didn't like that and blocked our number from a (704)800-5017, after the girl called me a 'bi**h'. No more calls from them this day! YAY!
