This is a ripoff. This is suppose to be a locksmith referral service. When no tech showed up and no service completed and was called and told I had to pay a fee. When I said I shouldn't and wouldn't pay when no service was conducted I was threatened with the police and a collections agency. Very rude and unprofessional.
