Got a voicemail saying I was to be arrested due to a lawsuit against me. Was told I would have to pay $998 to get the proceedings to stop. Yes I fell for it as I had a payday loan out for almost that amount (figured they had added on for late fees). Found out after paying $600 that it was a scam. Called back and told them I would handle "the case" myself and would like my money refunded. They said they would refund the card I used. However I have a feeling that is not going to happen. How do these people sleep at night?

FRUAD!!!!!!!! Called and had all of my banking information. Asked me to put money on a Green Dot back card. I contact Cash net and they don not operate that way! I told him that I contacted the state attorney and the BBB he cursed me out, told me I had no money etc. Then called me back twice. STAY AWAY SCAMMER!!!!!! Said his name was Jordan Smith

These people are calling repeatedly. The calls start as early as 8 am and go until after 8 pm. Supposedly, I have been approved for a loan, but I haven't, nor will I, applied for a loan from them.
