I've been getting calls from this number 703-372-0790 for months. When I first pick up there is silence until I say hello, then I am transferred to someone who speaks poor english. They immediately start asking you questions about how many miles are on your car and don't want to let you ask any questions. In the past if I ask this person the company name or tell them to stop calling they hang up immediately. Finally after months of this I decided to play along. If you sound interested to the first caller, they then ask you to hold and transfer you to a sales person who again does not want to say the name of the company. I spoke with a Brian Mitchell who kept saying he was with the Vehicle Processing Center and referred to mailers they had sent. I asked for a website and he wouldn't give one. I kept asking for a company name and he finally said Certified Intake Center. I told him to tell me more about the warranty coverage they offered and set the phone down until he hung up.
